1. What is OneFlexi™
 
OneFlexiT is an outsourced solution for prepaid card, gift card and loyalty marketing programs. It helps retailers and businesses of all kinds to generate incremental sales, capture new sales opportunities, gain strategic insight of customers, strengthen customer relationships, improve return from marketing campaigns and build brands in an extremely economical way.
 
 

OneFlexiT offers 3 dynamic marketing platforms - OneFlexi CashT for prepaid card/gift card, OneFlexi RewardsT for loyalty marketing & OneFlexi ComboT for prepaid/gift card combined with loyalty marketing.

 
 

 
 
2. What is OneFlexi Cash™?
 

OneFlexi CashT is the platform for retailers and businesses of all kinds to issue stored value payment cards and gift cards. Gift cards are ideal for practically any occasion (such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, festive seasons, etc) that your customers can give to their friends and loved ones. Customers pay cash (or any other form of tender that you accept) to load and reload electronic cash and/or electronic coupons to their cards issued by you.

Electronic cash works as cash allowing customers to pay for their purchases at your store. Electronic coupon represents prepaid entitlement (e.g. a bowling game, a movie ticket, a set meal, a hair treatment, a massage, etc) allowing customers to redeem at your store.

 
 
3. What is OneFlexi Rewards™?
 

OneFlexi RewardsT is the platform for you to run loyalty-marketing programs based on rules (such as award thresholds, spend-to-reward ratios, etc) specific to your business needs. OneFlexi RewardsT not only allows you to reward customers instantly at your store for their purchases, it also helps you track your customers spending habits and purchasing behavior, thereby, enabling you to do more effective one-to-one targeted marketing and promotions.

 
 
4. What options do I have in subscribing to the OneFlexi™ programs?
 

Depending on your business needs, you may choose to subscribe to OneFlexi CashT for prepaid card/gift card program only, OneFlexi RewardsT for loyalty marketing program only or OneFlexi ComboT with prepaid/gift card and loyalty marketing as combined integrated programs on a single card.

You may also subscribe to either a 1-year program or 2-year program.  

 
 
5. How do I subscribe to the OneFlexi™ programs?
 
You can contact us via email or call us. Our Sales Representative will contact you to discuss a suitable program for you.
 
 
6. What are the fees or charges for subscribing to the OneFlexi™ programs?
 
There is a One-time Setup Service Fee per Outlet and there is an Annual Service Fee per Outlet for the program that you subscribe to. The more outlets you subscribe to, the cheaper is the unit price per outlet. For more details, please contact us via email or call us. Our Sales Representative will contact you to discuss your requirements.
 
 
7. What services do I get as an OneFlexiT subscriber?
 

We take care of everything for you:
a) card production (optional, you may choose to get your cards from any supplier as long as the     cards comply with specifications provided by OneEmpower)
b) program set up
c) installing point of sale (POS) terminal at your outlet
d) train your staff
e) system and data centre operation
f)  transaction processing
g) report generation
h) 24x7 website for you to access information about your customers and transactions done.

 
 
8. What do I need to do to get started?
 
It is as simple as 1-2-3. Firstly, you must decide which program you want - OneFlexi CashT only, OneFlexi RewardsT only or OneFlexi ComboT and complete the Order Confirmation Form provided by our Sale Representative and pay for the prescribed fee. Secondly, decide your card design and from whom you want to get the cards from. Thirdly, make sure you have broadband Internet access at your store. That's it. We will take care of the rest.
 
 
9. What are the card designs that I can choose from when I subscribe to OneFlexiT programs?
 

There are 2 standard card designs for you to choose from. The card design chosen by you will bear your retail name and a unique card number for your customer. If you decide to have your own custom design, we can do so for you or you can choose to use your own card designer.

 
10. Is there a minimum quantity required per order of cards?
 

Yes, there is a minimum order of 500 cards. Smaller quantity will mean much higher cost.

 
 
11. Who is the issuer of the card?
 
You, as the subscriber of the OneFlexi™ program, are the issuer and owner of the cards issued. OneEmpower is neither the issuer nor the owner.
 
 
12. How can I capture and view the personal particulars of my customers?
 
At your option, you may ask your customers to complete an application form with their personal particulars when they apply the card from you. We provide a convenient way for you to capture your customers' particulars. Just visit the OneFlexiT website (http://www.oneflexi.com) and login to your account with your Merchant ID and password. After you have successfully login, you can enter your customers' particulars into the OneFlexiT system. You can view and update your customers' particulars anytime by logging into the OneFlexiT website.
 
13. How frequent are transactions updated?
 

Transactions are updated online instantly.

 
 
14. How can I find out about my customers' transactions and card balances?
 

We provide a fast and convenient way for you to access your customers' transactions and balances whenever you want. Just visit the OneFlexiT website (http://www.oneflexi.com) and login to your account with your Merchant ID and password. After you have successfully login, you can view your customers' balances and transaction details.

 
 
15. What kind of reports do I get and how do I get them?
 

A set of daily and monthly operational and statistical reports will be available for you to view and download from the OneFlexiT website after you have successfully login to your Account with your Merchant ID and password.

Reports will be available for your viewing and downloading for up to 7 days from the date of the reports, after which they will be removed.

 

16. Can I change the program or the card design half way through my subscription?
 

Yes, you may change the program (such as reward schemes and criteria), the card design or even subscribe to more features any time you want. However, such changes will be subject to additional fee charges. Please email us or call us and our Sales Representative will advise you on the details.

   
 
17. Can I change my web login password?
 

Yes, you can change your password anytime by logging in the OneFlexi™ website.

 

18. What if I have forgotten my Merchant ID or password or have difficulties in logging into the OneFlexi™ website?
 

If you encounter such problems, please call us or email us and our Customer Service Representative will assist you.

 
 
19. What do I do if I encounter problem with the point-of-sale terminal or the OneFlexi™ website?
 

First, check to make sure there is no disruption in the power supply and telecommunication services at your store. Otherwise, please call us or email us and our Customer Service Representative will assist you.
